Outline Planning
Application Granted

Wednesday, 24th October, 2007: An outline planning application has been granted by local councillors following a meeting today of Fife Council's North East Area Committee in Cupar.
Councillors voted to grant the Douglas Bader Community Garden charity's outline application for a world-class garden development after it was proposed by Cupar Councillor Bryan Poole and seconded by Councillor Margaret Kennedy.
Although the charity now has to develop a full planning application for the project, it is a highly significant decision for the charity and will strengthen our fundraising capabilities further.
