Resignation of Chair Susan Blake

15th August 2007: The third person to have held the position of Chair of the Douglas Bader Community Garden charity has stepped down.

Susan Blake (right), who has been with the organisation since it was established in 2005, told her fellow management group members that she had resigned "due to personal circumstances."

Miss Blake, who is a native of Cupar, was made Citizen of the Year by Cupar Community Council in 2007 for her voluntary work with the charity. She intends to remain as a trustee until the charity's management board meets later this month to discuss her replacement.
